I did get to look at the towel warmer in person and was impressed. Looks like it should cost much more. Great seller will use again.Unfortunately the warmer didn't work in my space. Return was easy.I had no idea what to expect since I have never used or owned a towel warmer. But I have a new bathroom and thought a towel warmer would be a nice upgrade.For starters I’m reasonably satisfied. My use is almost exclusively towel warming and drying. I have used it to dry a wet bathing suit. It gets hot to the touch on the highest setting, but didn’t burn my hand.Installation was fairly easy. Installed the mounting hardware for one of the upper corners. Mounted without tightening, leveled, marked the location for the other corners, installed mounts and good to go. I’ve skipped some details, but if you’re handy you’ll figure it out. If not then hire a handyman or call someone who is.My only issue is not really a problem but just perplexing. The small display shows what might be construed as the “temperature” (and time if you set the timer). Supposedly the “temperatures” are in Celsius and are displayed as 50, 60, 70 & 80. For US citizens not fluent in metric that’s about 122, 140, 158 & 176 degrees Fahrenheit. The description clearly states the temp gets up to 130 F or about 54 C. What’s with the 50, 60, 70, 80?I also took the time to check the actual temps in the middle of each bar on the highest and lowest settings. These are my results from top to bottom in Celsius and Fahrenheit:80 setting:49(120)50(122)52(126)51(124)56(133)50(122)50(122)53(127)50 setting:42(107)41(106)43(110)43(110)49(120)45(113)42(107)47(117)So! What’s with the 50, 60, 70 & 80 in the display?Finally, I’d like the towels to get a little warmer but it’s not worth losing my stuff over it.Also saw where someone had an issue with the welds being visible. Not an issue for the one I have.The product thus far is performing well. I bought two of them, one for each bathroom. Out of the box, one of them was out of square and originally was mounted that way, only to find that it needed to be straightened so now I have 4 extra holes in the wall. I think I've figured out that if you leave the power switch on (located in the right hand side bar) and then press the touch screen (It has a power button and a on the left bar it will stay on until you press the touch screen to turn it off, that is unless you set the timer between 2H and 8H. The default display when you press the touch screen is the temperature, but really it should be the timer since it's unlikely that people will want to change the temperature more than the time to leave the unit running. That aside, it has dried the towels and I'm happy with it.First, consider the cost of an electrician if you do not have a proper power source at the site where you install the towel warmer; this can equal the price of the towel warmer itself. The towel rack can hold two towels, but if they are large bath towels you will need to fold them in half and then they barely fit, which reduces the heat that gets through the towels. The towels do come off dry and warm, so they are pleasant to use. They do not come off the rack hot, so if you are expecting towels that feel like they just came out of the dryer this is not it. Overall we are pleased and glad we have installed the towel warming rack.This rack is an amazing addition to my recently updated bathroom. I’m so glad I purchased it (cause for sure I was nervous if it was worth it). I bought the matte black color and it matches so well with my bathroom and looks modern and stylish while providing me with a nice warm towel after my shower. Don’t hesitate on this purchase!The fabrication shows spot welds which is disappointing, with discoloration as a result around the weld spot. Also, the instructions are garbage which really needs to be addressed because there are subtle differences in mounting parts. Please publish a video
